What's best for a bride to be spray tan or sun bed?

Hi all, just want to know if anybody recommends either as I'm getting married in 3 months!

I just want to have a lovely looking natural tan on the day any advice?

i would personally use one of the gradual self tanning moisturisers such as dove. ive been useing it on and off for nearly a year and get a great result everytime as you build up to the colour that you want. good luck with your wedding xxx
