Has podgycart been banned then?

Oh dear what a shame
miaow there is a report this question button....
Duck can be fatty, and rabbit meat isn't the best of the best, but in a stew it's fine.
Is that's what meant by a bunny boiler then knobby? : )

Icy the secret of cookong duck is dry the skin out as much as posibble IE hang it up to dry for half a day.

Then prick the skin all over with a fork and then rub salt into the skin to draw the fat out when it cooks and you have to cook it for quite some time a fair bit longer than chicken.

I love a bit of duck.

Lippy duck as well
Bless!
Thanks for the cooking tip. We'll see what happens next time I roast one then!
Question Author
It will probably explode
Nah - the Aga's too tough for that!
Noooo......DON'T cook for a long time.....duck is like red meat and can be eaten pink. It is VERY tender then.
