I bought a quite expensive chicken coop off the net 2 weeks ago, When i received it the top of the roof was damaged, I phoned them straight away and they asked me to email them the damage, I did this and sent photos of the damage and explained that it was just the roof that needed sending out, delivery was for tuesday just gone but it never came after a phone call and waiting in all day for the delivery the company was very appologetic and assured me that they would send it this morning, I left a message on my front door as i had to go out to work, and When i got back there was a WHOLE brand new coop in my drive that the neighbour had signed for, Do I keep it or ring them to tell them what they have done!!!!!

Keep it.
Ring the Firm up and ask them to collect the damaged one.
Keep the replacement obviously, but check for damage if any first.
personally i would phone them, just to keep myself right

Keep it. Of course. (Said in a falsetto voice....)
I've always wanted to keep chickens!!!

I would keep the coop!!!
I would keep it as well. They've made the mistake, not you.
Sounds like great customer service from the Company .......so keep it, of course and well done! x

:0)
They probably buy them in and therefore would not want to be left with half a coop. They won't want the first one back because it's too expensive to collect it, but ring and ask them.
If they don't want it back I'll have it!!
