had an accident in work couple of years back , well it was in another country when i was on work related matters. Sustained some head and facial injuries and still have ongoing dental work as a result of action. Clearly issues regarding work as hospital recommended i stay in overnight but had to keep working as was responsible for a minor and only two staff travelled.
Recently feeling very aggrieved that I have had to undergo such intensive work as a result. Wondering what is the time span for legal action post accidents

I suspect you'd probably have to bring any action in the country in which it happened, so it would be a matter of the law there.

but given limitations of my job i was forced to compel my health needs so in that regard work was liable. Also we worked for 12 days two stafff with full time care of a minor. surely work has some responsibility given they organised trip, refused additional staff and left us with no back up
in that case possibly, but you wouldn't be suing over the accident itself, just under health and safety regs, I expect.... sorry, I don't actually know the answer to your original Q. (I would have thought more than two years, but other ABers will be able to advise better than me.)
You would have to bring legal action in the country it happened.

The UK courts have no jurisdiction abroad, and UK health and safety laws do not apply abroad either.

Unless you were working for a UK employer and the UK company was responsible for equipment or whatever it was that caused your accident.

In any case - three years is the UK limit for personal injury claims.
