Hi, ever since I saw this, it has been bugging me! When they are iuntroducung the act, a piece of music plays in the background and I swear its a TV theme. Can anyone help me?

I know it as well and it's definitely not Torchwood! It's some comedy show from years ago but I can't put my finger on it!
