O2 website is rubbish

I've been trying to view my online bill on the O2 website for ages now and the link just doesn't do anything.

O2 themselves are pretty useless and can give no practical advice or remedy the problem. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?

just to let you no,i have exactly the same problem sorry i cant help,lets hope someone can.................
No help to you I know, but I have the same problem with Talk Talk. Makes me so mad as they constantly promise to do something about it and nothing changes.

It seems this has been going on for months. I went onto the O2 forum and there were questions about this from 2007. It's farcical.
its still not working.............................what a joke,they still take your money though,thanks O2 for nothing..
