I've purchased Bizet: Carmen suites 1 & 2 - instrumental. Is this the same & full music for the Opera Carmen - without the words?

No it's not the opera without words, it's a set of extracts from the opera (with most of the famous pieces) created by Ernest Guirard in the 1870's after Bizet's death
