Hey Schutz. Thank you so much..I am feeling a bit better. Had rotten day yesterday but have the doc on Thursday...Was in my bed for 7.50pm last night and slept til 10am today...
Took your advice the other day...have Lavender, big teddy and cosy jammies....also had a heart to heart with my beloved and he was blown away that I was feeling so bad...
