Short break Dublin and Galway

Hello ! I'm taking a few days holidays next week, from Thursday to Monday included. I was thinking of going to visit Dublin, then Galway ( I live in Northern Ireland ). Could you recommend some nice hostels I could stay at ? I will be by myself ( female ), so I would like somewhere central and lively, but quite safe. Any advice on places I shoud visit, and nice pubs to go to in the evening would be appreciated too ! Thank you !

I stayed at a hotel called Hotel St. George, its not a bad little place very well priced and clean aswell, Dublin is excellent little place to do whatever you want in. As for the bars cant remember the names from the top of my head cause I went in so many and didnt notice them. I havent got the url for the hotel im sure if you google it you would be able to find it. Hope this helps have fun
