I just recieved a text from "2525" offering me a balance update if my credit goes down to �1. is this a legitimate T-Mobile service?

I had something similar and assumed it was a legitimate message reminding me that my balance had gone below �1. Of course it arrived after I'd tried to make a call with insufficient credit ... I just deleted the message.
