Is it unreasonable for a surgeon to say you have got to wait 3 years, for a Tennis Elbow op? and is it true there is only a 60/40 chance of success!? cheers

stompe....it is unreasonable to wait 3yrs for ANY operation, but this is the NHS.

Operation...pick a good surgeon and with minimal invasive surgery (arthroscopy) the results should be 80% success rate.
