Tried to log in using this username on anew pc ive just bought.
in shop same router and ive logged outta my laptop.

cant log in on other pc ????

does that mean the editor etc is registering user by mac address rather than ip addy �?�?�



as im noit etchnikally gifted .


feedin 500 etc needs no pc skills .

it's impossible to determine a users mac address over the internet (without the user installing something on their computer)

Mac addresses are a sub part of OSI layer 2 which is stripped out by routers as used on the internet.

Id read someone posting here saying something the opposite of that.

I know that someone posted their user name and password here before bugme i think it was and many folk logged in at the same time using that.

I was trying out the new PC and found it weird i couldn't log in .thought it was cos i was logged in on laptop.



oh well

maybe when the 2.0 gets up and running the ed will explain things??
