I have limited sight form my left eye, I can see but its a bit blurry. My right eye does most of my seeing for me. Would it be possible to have a contact lense that is 0. As I have found that wearing a pair of glasses which have 0 lenses help me see. Thanks.

You can, but why not just wear only one lens and leave your good eye lens free?
That's exactly what i do, My left one is a 0, and i can see much better with nothing than wearing it in my left.
