Hi Abers, I posted a couple of questions on CB about the JD family going to GY, it was a great success after a bit of a c**k up on booking a cottage. quote - my partner let the other 2 cottages go & I didn't know, so there aren't any left - unquote. After Mr jd did a lot of ringing around we finally got a flat for 6 people in a converted edwardian building, it actually worked out cheaper and less then 5mins walk to the beach. (first place was in Caister on sea) we had a fab time, the swimming pool is still there (didn't go) and it wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be cos of the Easter weekend. The beach was lovely - cleaner then I thought & the sand was nice. Bought back some childhood memories for sure! Now it's been there done that & next time we'll visit another beach (not Hunstanton, as we've been there) thanks to those who replied

Come to the market on Saturdays at Sheringham and visit the pet stall! Then get the steam train (check times first).
