Cabbage recipes?

Ive had normal cabbage which is nice with a sunday roast and ive also had red cabbage when in ireland , also as a compliment to a roast dinner.

Does anyone have any cabbage recipes?
I nwo you can eat cabbage soup but ti makes you fart like mad and theyre really stinky stenchy ones.

noknow they sell it here in jars for the jerrys when theyre here on hols

also tins of massive bockwurst for sliccing and putting in soups and stews etc

i may buy a jar of sauerkraut
