How do I set up call divert on my Nokia 3200?

Go down the Menu to Call Divert!!! Select /Activate/OtherNumber and enter the number

I've tried all that, but it keeps coming up 'Request Not Completed'.

How wierd. It has always worked on every Nokia I have seen, and I have just tried it on a 3200 for good measure
