Paypal should require the buyer to return the phone to you at the buyer's expense before they would find in the buyer's favour. That involves the buyer sending it via a tracked/signed for servive so that they can prove to Paypal that you have got it back.
If the buyer wants their money back but won't return you the goods......that stinks. Sit back and wait for Paypal to cme to you then present them with the evidence so far, namely - it worked when you sold it; it worked for the buyer; then they said it doesn't work, want money back, but won't return goods to you.
Although I would never contradict any of the suggestions made here if you were to go to Ebay> Home > Community > Discussion Boards > Community Question and Answer Board and post the same question I'm sure you will get a more definitive answer.
I would not recommend that particular board. Ther "regulars" there have their own pack mentality agenda and if you are not careful they will slaughter you.

If you want help then go to either the New to Selling Board or the New to Ebay board, where you will get godd advice.
