Hello Waylen

I joined TalkTalk last year, and the daytime calls are not free! Actually, they seem to be more expensive than when I was with Homecall, but the internet is cheaper, so I suppose it's swings and roundabouts.
I hope you have more success with TalkTalk broadband than I did. I signed up in April of 2007 and despite numerous letters and phone calls, I never did manage to get connected. After 12 months, when the contract ran out, I gave it up as a bad job and went toTiscali
The package I have is called Talk3. It costs 8.99 pm. For that i get free broadband and free landline calls 24/7. I also pay 10.50 pm line rental which is a BT charge. It was an 18 month contract which has now expired so I can leave if I want to but have no reason to do so. If I need to ring an 08 number I use a website called Saynoto0870.com and it usually can give you an alternative landline number.

Ive been with talktalk two or three years now. I am very pleased with it. They took about five months to set me up which was annoying. I dont know why that was so but the service since then has been impeccable. Customer service is good and it only takes a few seconds delay if you need to talk to a person. I was charged for a call once. When I queried it I was told it was because the call lasted more than 1 hour! They refunded it without qubbling.
