Accident at work - Damaged Coccyx

Going through a claim against employer, fall at work wet floor, 2 years down the line still got pain, can anyone answer the question how long does a damaged coccyx take to heal and when should i ask for a settlement with my solicitor. Dont know what to do next. Hope someone can advise. Thankyou.

Impossible to say. You need medical assistance with a prognosis as to how long the injury will last and what are the chances of a complete recovery - only then can a claim be valued.

I take it you have already served proceedings on your employers? If not, be aware that the limitation period is 3 years from the date of the accident/or the knowledge of injury so you need to think about issuing soon if not.
wingnuts - it might never heal properly and you should be having interim examinations and settlements. Ask your solicitor why this is not happening. If you are a Union member they should also be able to advise.
