Colour now, craft1948 - how about a red heart?

1. Hold down the Alt key
2. Now use your Number Pad (not the numeric keys above qwerty which won't work)
3. Press 3 on the Number Pad
4. Release Alt key, et Voila ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
5. Now try the other 255 symbols (0 to 256)

eg ♦ ♣ ♠►▓ �

Laptoppers, you need to hold down your Function Key then press Number Lock to access the triangular set of numbers on your keyboard. However, not all laptops are the same so you may have to check your manual or ask Google. Sorry, can't help you if this goes wrong, your risk not mine! ☻ja
