I have been given a new mobile by a friend, but it has her name and choice of logo on it. How can I change this to on I like

Exactly how to do it depends on the make and model of the phone, but you will need to go to the option that allows you to "restore factory settings" I think. You may need a PIN to do this.

If the logo has been downloaded, you can only replace with another logo.
