This is my security package ( all free versions) . Is it over-kill ?

Mal Ware
Zone Alarm Firewall
C-Cleaner
AVG 8.5

Would you leave all in place or change/remove any ? And why ?

Well AVG is anti virus and Zone Alarm is firewall so they are OK.

MalWareBytes and CCleaner both search for malware so they are OK.

A-Squared I had never heard off, but a search in the web shows it does anti virus and anti spyware.

IF it does anti virus and you already have AVG anti virus that is NOT a good idea, running 2 AV products.

It may be worth going into the Windows security centre and seeing what products Windows thinks are providing security.
