Help! I am being woken up every day at 4am! The pub next door to where I live has a cleaner that arrives 4am in the morning. The cleaner puts in the password/pin under the bar. During this time (admittedly only 10-30 seconds), the alarm makes a noise from the box outside. Surely this isnt correct? My alarm at my work has an alarm until the pin is entered but you can only hear it from the inside...This is the noise as if an intruder had entered the pub, but only for half a minute or so!
The landlady is stating that this is how it should work but I would like to confirm facts first before I complain to everyone I can! Many thanks for any replies..

Our alarm has a facility to alter the entry time before it actually goes off. If this entry time could be lengthened at the offending premises then this might solve the problem.
