At the moment he's doing a roaring trade at Versailles west of Paris! Got the michelin points and all.... must stay he's an excellent chef but by god working for him is a nightmare!!!!

I read in our local newspaper the other day that most of the restaurants he had helped in the US have since been sold since none of them benefitted from his assistance.

He came into our restaurant about a year ago (before I started) and all the advice he gave us was terrible!!

We have now ignored what he suggested and gone back to our original fare....it has taken a long time to recover!!

And I am yet to work a shift where he is not mentioned!! Grrrr
