lawn riddled with moles!!!!!!

Hello, My large lawn has been riddled with moles through the autumn and winter. They came up in about 6 places leaving hills. But now the lawn is full of runs just under the surface. Anyone any tips on how to sort the lawn out, would rollering it be enough?

have tried all the usual methods of removing the little gentlemen in velvet coats and the only one to make a slight difference is castor oil poured in the run - they hate the smell.
