Microsoft 2000

Why am I unable to use this programme? I have done nothing different on my computer, being of senior years I cannot understand it. It has always worked for me befor and I need to download a quiz and it just keeps shutting down.

There is no such thing as Microsoft 2000.

There is Microsoft Windows 2000, an operating system that came out before Windows XP.

There is also Microsoft Office 2000, which is what I think you mean.

But within Office 2000 there are a number of applications like Word 2000, Excel 2000 and so on.

But none of those can be used to download a program from the web (which I think is what you are trying to do).

Can you please clarify what you mean by Microsoft 2000.

Also, are you downloading this quiz from the web, and if so where from - web site name (so we can see if it works).

Word 2000 is the programme that they send this quiz in.
