Was Nick Griffin (of the BNP) right when he said this?
To my mind he absolutley was. A faith that is based on the imagination of a pedophile and murderer has no place in the 21st century. Why do we put up with it?
Arranged marriges, honour killings, subjegation of women, book burnings and fatwahs(remember Salman Rushdie) etc.
It wont be long b4 we have an Islamic flag flying over Downing Street.

not to mention limb amputators
Prior to the second world war, there were a lot of people who spoke out about the evils of the Jews. After the war, we had to put up with racism based on colour, and the persecution of gays. Now it's Islam that everyone attacks. In 15 years it will be something else - some other creed, religion, or race.

The sad fact is that ignorant people will always find somebody different from themselves to vent their petty spite upon.
Where do you get your deep insight from Screamer?

TV? papers? mates down the pub?

Have you ever even met a muslim?
maybe he googled The Religion Of Peace.
well said, rojash.
I'm with rojash on this. Christianity (my faith) has little to be proud of in its past. But our forebears fought for religious tolerance and we must uphold it. Many Muslims in this country fled their Islamic countries because of the lack of tolerance.
Yes some of those who came here are intent on disrupting our culture but we must unite with those who are honest and caring and stand up against tyranny.
Who on earth would follow a religion that is based on the life of a suspected homosexual, who written words are the result of chinese whispers and inaccurate translations that have been altered to fit the political doctrine of the time.A religion that caused non believers to be put to death or caused the faith to declare war on others. A religion that threatens its believers with damnation.
Oh silly me, that's Christianity isn't it.
Sigma makes a valid point screamer - as did rojash.

You can find extreme examples of any faith and use it to denigrate followers as a whole, but that doesn;t make the argument valid.

MR Griffin is Briitish, as am I, for exactly the same reason - an accident of birth.

The diffference between us is, I accept my good fortune in being born into a country with freedoms and protection, Mr. Griffin seems to think it makes him in some way a superior individual with rights of ownership and dsicrimination that clearly do not belong to him.

Frankly, I wouldn't believe Mr Griffin if he told me the day of the week had a 'y' in it/.
