I saw the advert too, but don't be fooled: it isn't as easy as it  looks. I've used a product such as this in the past and if there's a hint of a breeze it becomes very difficult to do the job properly as the spray goes everywhere but the place you want it to. It's also very expensive as you have to buy a great deal more of the product than they suggest is needed on the advert. I'm sorry to be such a killjoy, but am only speaking from bitter experience. Sorry, I haven't answered your question about what it's called!
