gillyandstripes.co.uk.....i got one from them! They have loads to choose from and once you have your bracelet you can send off for further charms if you want to change the look. It's a really good quality one and it comes in a cute packaging too...really reasonably priced (about 40% cheaper than others)...defo worth a look.

I'm not sure what Italian charms are specifically but www.azesha.com have a really good selection of charms and bracelets and they're not too expensive.
