Police stopped me for no reason on my way home last thursday they were using unappropiate language towards me and purposley trying to wind me up they later arrested me and now im up in court on wednesday

They 'stopped me for no reason' and then you were arrested? They must have had a reason for arresting you. What are you charged with? Surely that will dictate what you say in Court?
