Has anybody got any information on how I go about getting to Canada to travel and work for 3-4 months? I have been on various sites and they all seem quite complicated. The process seems quite complex and long winded, and maybe pricey too! Any help with me making a quick and succesful application would be much appreciated! Thanks.

Having just obtained a working holiday for Japan I can say with experience that it really is hard work!  I had to show that I had funds of #1500 plus a return ticket, I had to practically write an essay about why I want to go, write an itinery for the first 6 months naming all the places I was going to stay then take all of this to the embassy in London, getting grilled on the subject for about 20 minutes then an agonising two week wait for the answer.  It certainly isn't quick.  Before you even consider applying I suggest spending a lot of time gathering information about where you are going to stay, who with, work you will be doing and read as much as possible about the application proceedure first. Good luck!
