Hi all just wondered if someone can help me. I have a newish Ford Fusion but the central locking key does not work. I have used the sequence in the user book to reprogramme but to no avail. Is it maybe the key needs a new battery or am i doing something wrong.

It may be the battery, or it may need a master reset. Best bet would be to contact your nearest Ford dealer; they should be able to sort it for you.
