Im the same WB, Im usually up till about 3-45am. If I feel tired and try for an early night I sleep for about 3 hours then Im wide awake again! I tried a hypnotherapy cd it woked for a while but wore off so Im going to get Paul Mcenna's book. I'll try anything except sleeping tablets!.
Why not sleeping tablets ? I have used them on and off for a few years now. I use them when I know I wont sleep because of stress and then ease off them when i feel ok. The modern ones don't give yop a hangover at all just a deep calm sleep.
Firstly, I'd try and sort out what is stressing you out - easier said than done, I know. Also, I'd cut out alcohol for a couple of weeks. Try not to drink any caffeinated drinks after 2pm. Do loads of exercise - best remedy for a good nights sleep and if all that fails, try this relaxation technique: Breathe in for a slow count of 3 and then breathe out for a slow count of 6. Concentrate only on your breathing and counting until you are in the land of nod........sweet dreams....
Sorry. Been out for evening. ( not out for count ! )I take zopiclone 7mg. Sometimes I leave a half tablet next to the bed and take that if I wake during night. night night sleep tight.
Hmm well if you feel that way I wouldn't have them in the house. I am fairly paranoid about putting them away each night so I dont take another in my sleep. I just feel so much better when I know I can get to sleep if I am desperate.
