instruction booklet gas fire

have focal point excelsior convector living flame gas fire. keeps cutting out. need repair done but engineer won't touch it without the insrtuction fitting manual/booklet. think this was destroyed in house fire two years ago. any ideas about where i can get another copy - otherwise it means a new fire.
