Edwin Starr - 25 Miles - sorry, couldn't resist it.
listen to jeff buckley - Grace, brill music
The Rocky Soundtrack is excellent!
Jeff Buckley's Grace should be owned by everyone with ears (I reckon the Government should issue everyone with a copy with they reach their 12th birthday, thus eliminating the rave culture in one generation), but you don't want to jog to it! It's too beautiful and melodic, and by the end of Hallelujah you'll be howling. Try The Chemical Brothers, or Rhythm and Stealth by Leftfield. Personally, I'd choose Queens Of The Stone Age's Song for the Deaf.
I took up cycling a few months ago and decided to get some music to listen to (quietly!). I put about 4 hours of dance / electronic music on it. Went out for my 1st ride and was back in an hour utterly knackered. I found myself cycling to the beat, which was too higher pace for me at the time. So, piece of advice, play something fairly sedatory....
Rob Dougan's Will You Follow Me?
How about some Slayer or Sepultura.  That will get you going.
TKO by Le Tigre

felix da housecats remix of sinnerman by nina simone and hold tight london by the chemical brothers are my favourites for running to at the moment
