what would happen if you camped on private propertie without permission, got caught but ran of and the police got called then you got caught later on in the week?

The police aren't interested in this sort of trespass provided you did not cause any damage to the property, nor break and enter.

Trespass is a civil offence and it is for the landowner to sue you in a civil court.
