Upright vaccuum cleaner - can anyone recommend a good (fairly cheap) one

I need a small upright cleaner - but I dont have many carpets - mainly laminate. I know argos and tesco do one fo about �37 - anyone tried them ?

Is it an upright danchip ? I cant see one for that much. More info please ! TA

Have you thought about buying a reconditioned upright? I bought a reconditioned hoover junior 25 years ago and it's still going strong. The older the better as they were built to last. (do I sound like my mother or what?)
