I had the cold last week and i've been left with the strangest sinuses ever. Normally they will fill with fluid and it'll go away but this time all my other symptoms have gone but when I breathe through my nose there is a sound like you'd get if you had a runny nose-all gunky and ick! No matter how much I blow my nose it won't go away and it's not causing any pain or pressure, it's just irritating. I haven't tried sudafed simply because it doesn't normally help clear my sinuses up! Anyone got a cure for me?

possibly an expectorant? when you are in the chemist you may as well ask to speak to the pharmacist, they may be able to assist.
Difficult to assess whether you problem is a nasal one or a sinus problem. Go to the chemist and ask fro a nasal decongestant spray and use it for a week. If there is no improvement, it may well mean that this is truly a sinus problem and referrel to an ENT surgeon may be required.
