Do you need to complete the ESTA if flying direct to any of the caribbean islands - thinking about USVI or Dominican Republic. Cannot find a thing on the ESTA Q&A site.

I think you'll need one for the USVI, which counts as part of the USA

The Dominican Republic will have its won requirements but it's not a US territory
