Hi
My friend is using a new PC with Vista software (I've never used vista) and says that the background colour on all the web pages has gone black! Her b/f said he doesnt know what he pressed for that to happen, there may have been a pop up which he ticked YES to?

Can anyone please enlighten me so I can tell her, I have tried google and cant see a fix. Would taking the PC back a few days resolve it?

thanks

This is all I can think of.. but the problem has never happened to me.

Hi, I talked her through that and the box was already ticked, she has no idea what he did.

How do you take the PC back a few days using Vista?
Press the Windows key and type System Restore. Should be simple enough to follow.
