What is the clue for 21d?
9a = Air Gun. Irgun is a zionist group.
15a? Grouse?
Clue for 21a is Any use plaing with crowned head? (6) UNEASY is an anagram of ANYUSE but I don't understand the reasoning.

I don't see why it's GROUSE!
Grouse was just a query - not convinced either.

I think uneasy may refer to the Shakespearean quote "Uneasy lies the head that wears the crown ...". I don�t guarantee I�ve quoted it entirely accurately but that�s the gist of it.
