Who is this actor?!

I saw an actor yesterday while I was out and about and I know his face but not his name! He's English, blonde hair, medium (to small) frame, about 5' 8", kind of Cockney accent (when necessary though I think) If I'm right, he plays sneery, swaggering, suited & booted kind of characters. (I can picture him with his hands in his pockets, swaggering about for some reason!) Looks like he'd fit right into Lock, Stock and that kind of film or show. Can't remember if it's on telly or in a film that I've seen him either!
I know that's not the greatest amount of info, but I'm sure a clever bod will understand me!!
It's gonna really annoy me til I find out, heeelp! :-)

Cus I can see him in my mind's eye, I expect everyone to know! Like when someone's driving you on a journey you know backwards and become puzzled when they don't "know" the way too and so you get exasperated with them asking left? right? straight? every few minutes, ha ha!

He must be about 35-40/early 40's possibly? He's not bad looking, but nothing like the build of JS ;-)

PS: The bloke in the that pic u linked always gives me the creeps! He's played someone very evil I'm sure! Kind of like Gary Sinise used to give me the willy's when he started CSI as I only knew him as the kidnapper in a Mel Gibson kidnap film, when the little boy wets himself on hearing his voice!

Probably two very nice men in real life tho! :-)

He must be about 35-40 I'd say, but could probably pass for a bit of a younger character! He played someone, a little bit woo, little bit whay, if you know what I mean?! Kind of lairy, laidback and swaggering in a medium/slim man kind of way, not beefcake and menacing!

(someone get me a coffee, I fear I'm not beginning to make any sense. That's if I was making any to begin with thought P.D, ha ha ha!)

love Gary Sinise!! Also love Phil Davis, and Steve Buscemi. Great actors, but a bit weasly looking. Hmmm, does not say a lot for my taste in men lol!!

He'd kind of remind you of Marc Warren a bit in Hustle, but a more pinched face than him. But that kind of accent and manner!
Am I being helpful at all?! Maybe I'll have some inspiration in my dreams!

I'm wracking my brains trying to think what I saw him in, but it appears to have shut down for the night!

John Simm, weasly?! He is not, ha ha! It's not him. The bloke I'm thinkin of has a look like he's always laughing/sneering at you (well the character I'm thinkin he played did anyway!)
