Snowman on roof of car? Acceptable

I had an argument with my girlfriend who recons it would be illigal to drive with a snowman on the roof...

No questions it is dangerous and irresponsible, however....how funny would it be?

Is it illegal, and what could i have been done for?

was it yellow? if so it was more than likely pi$$ed on?

Prob had a bit of a draught up his kilt !! He could end up with a chill !!
