Barmaid ! I seemed to have overlooked your answer dated 5/1/09. Please tell me, what is a witness statement, in the context of being from the solicitor. Also if the testator did attend the solicitors office to cancell the will. What is the procedure?. Should there be attendance notes, and any signatures of testator, or witnesses, as in making a will. Look forward to hearing from you.
