"How like a winter hath my absence been
From thee, the pleasure of the fleeting year!
What freezings have I felt, what dark days seen"

(Not exactly right, but close for the purpose!)

Morning all! Did anyone miss me? Even if you didn't, can you say you did? Oh, go on...

I lost my phone line on Thursday night & BT managed to get it working this evening - only 5 days! Such efficiency, such dedication to duty & service - witness my joy, hear my cries of delight, see my scathing email!

Hopefully normal (?!) service has now been resumed...

I hope everyone's keeping well?

See you round the site!

Upon my s..word!

Well I don't knit. Tried doing a jacket for ourt first son, and the pattern was too complicated. Couldn't even cast off...so it became a scarf, with 3 or 4 rows of half-attempted pattern at one end! : )
i have knitted these for myself also to match the horse bag!!!!!!!!!!!!1

francheska - there was an obnoxious idiot on Chatterbank the other night insulting everyone and I thought I would wind him up by asking him how his grunny was - he fell for it of course and asked me what a grunny was - I explained to him that in the morning a grunny was a runny with a 'g' at the beginning - in the afternoon it was a grunn with a 'y' at the end and at night it was just an ordinary runn with a 'g' at the beginning and a 'y' at the end - haven't heard from him since - sorry for making it up now!

LOL!!!!
The page was forbidden - so hate to imagine what you tried to post a link to!!!!
Well on a final note to you - and thanks for the laughs as usual - a matching set of whatever'd be no good to me. I like being individual, so the thought of Him Indoors wearing something the same as me, is out of the question. With that, size 10 in a nice lurid yellow please!!!!
Night hun. x
