Mp3 bitrate

I have lots of mp3 at very high bitrates - How can i quickly covert them to 128kbps?

Assuming you are using Windows...

• Open your mp3s in Windows Media Player
• Goto Options → Copy Music
• Change the settings to your requirements 

et voila!

If you're going to be converting lots of files, or even between more than one type of file then I'd definitely recommend using foobar2000.
