If I put an O2 sim from a 3G iPhone into an new, unlocked Nokia N96 will i lose my unlimited data use / WiFi / unlimited text bolt on ?

Would O2 even know ?

My iPhone has a bust screen !!

My daughter has just done exactly that, it works fine and she's heard nothing from O2 yet and she did this 3 weeks ago

Has she had a bill since doing it ? Just concerned that I might use loads of data and be charged before I know about it ?
