Sony Ericsson PC suite - contacts

I keep all my contact details (name, address phone number(s) email etc etc) in my mobile phone, backed up to my pc using the Sony Ericsson PC Suite. I'd like to print out my names and addresses etc for keeping to hand and for easy access by other members of the family. Has anyone succeeded in doing this? There appears no built-in facility for doing this - as I recall there is in the Nokia equivalent. Even the ability to import into Excel would be useful. All ideas gratefully received.

doesn't really answer your question as such, but if you have a sony erricsson phone I've found my phone explorer to be an overall far better utility for managing your phone than the sony PC suite.

Chuck, I've tried that and have managed to get data into Excel - needs a bit of cleaning but good progress. Thanks for the link.
