The Song in the Lynx and Nissan Adverts...help

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with the name of two particualr songs. Both are in adverts and are foregin hip hop tunes. The first is from the new lynx snake advert, the one where the man escapes the dogs and ends up on a sun lounger by the pool. The other is an old nissan advert which is about 2 years old where the car is competing in a cross country race. Any help would be great. Many thanks to whoever can help

The Nissan one was called 'Follow me, Follow me' by Tejo, Black alien & Speed and the Lynx one is called 'Factor Miedo' by Cartel de Santa.
