i'm sorry i dont know, but why dont you ask a letting agent to come round so you could see how much rent you could get, and they will probably have the answer to that question
meant to add that all the flats i have ever lived in only had 1 door/exit
I would think that a bungalow with only one door would be regarded as an unacceptable risk in case of fire.

Flats, apartments, maisonettes and back to back houses only have a front door.
